The property is 13 acres of nature with a creek running north south on the west edge of property. TredWell LDC has designed a development plan that incorporates itself into the existing natural environment. The addition of a multi-acre lake will attract even more living nature including more local birds for Black bird clubs to enjoy as a safe designation and nature lovers will appreciate the environmental foot print not just reduction but positive impact on the planet by spending time off grid.
